* Auto-refresh
I implemented auto-refresh for highlighted threads in root page and replies in any opened thread page. Now, if you have javascript enabled, new updates should be automatically fetched.
* Tripcodes & Usernames
I've implemented tripfagging and namefagging. If you use something like name#pass an username and a tripcode will replace your banon ID.
* Site cost & monetization
Banglachan costed next to nothing when it first launched but recently there's a spike in our server cost. If we don't upgrade to a better plan then our site might be shutdown. So, I am gonna put some ads and a link buymeacha to help fund the site. I don't wanna shove this someone's throat so feel free to use a content blocker (I recommend uBlock). The ads will be small like the ones you see on 4chan.
* Future plans
In the upcoming sprints, other than monetization features, I plan on implementing back-referencing (highest priority), editing during submission phase (so if you see you made a typo or embed failure, you can edit it in that stage instead of rewriting the whole thing from start), and other minor tasks. Do let me know if there's any critical feature that needs to be implemented.
I also plan on retiring as a moderator. I wanna solely focus on the development and the administration. I will design the moderation system in an extremely transparent way such that if a thread/reply were to be redacted or if an user were to be IP banned/suspended,it'd show them which moderator committed the act along with their reasoning.

Tip: DO NOT reenter the metro gates with the intent of getting to the other exit without riding the train. I got off at Karwan Bazar on Pohela Boishakh morning on the wrong side (towards Farmgate instead of Shahbag) and I was already sore from walking a bunch so instead of just walking towards shahbag from the exit that I came out of I went back to the station and tried to enter the gate, when leaving on the other side it wouldn't accept my metro rapid pass card and the guard seeing my walking stick took pity on me let me pass without swiping my card. I got fined 100tk when I got back at the end of the day to return home. No excuses.
