Freelancer video editing. Look for small businesses in your area and ask if they would like you to make an ad for them, get some footage from them, stitch it together, make sure to not use copy-righted background music. Ask for like 500 per vid, once you got a few, you can start a fiver and use their recommendations to advertise yourself and charge like $5-10 per video.
