Moderate 44e

Any budget running shoes suggestions? Been running for a month now almost everyday. নরমাল একটা কেডস পরে দৌড়াই আপাতত আর পা ব্যথা হয়। I am good with second hand running shoes as well but I just need something respectable and comfy but my budget is like sub 3k. If anyone got some second hand shii I'm a size 8. Also any suggestions on the socks I should wear while running. Naki it don't matter?
