Look at some your cousins that grew up outside of Dhaka. You'll notice they are culturally backdated even if they grew up somewhere like the most urbanized part of their division (whatever division that may be). Furthermore, I do agree that dhaka hinders your ability to think straight and probably rises up your cortisol to an ungodly level, but there are more to being -for lack of a better word- smart than just IQ.
